Asia, Australia, NZ, S & C America, Japan: 3rd Dec (birdie commissions only)
Eastern Europe, USA and Canada: 7th Dec
Western Europe: 10th Dec
UK: 13th Dec
I am working by a 'first come, first served' basis so if you are interested please get in touch ASAP to avoid any disappointment.
